Outpatient Consultation
Is an appointment necessary to visit your clinic?
At our clinic, we operate on a completely reservation-only basis. Please be sure to make a reservation by phone before visiting.
Is it okay to be late for the scheduled appointment?
Please make every effort to arrive on time. Depending on the situation, we may not be able to accommodate the examination if you are late.
Do you provide medical services outside regular hours and on holidays?
As a general rule, we do not provide medical services during those times. In case of emergencies, please visit the nearest emergency hospital or Immediate Care Center.

This is my first visit. I would like to have a pediatric check-up. Can I make an appointment?
Please bring all vaccination records (e.g., mother and child health handbook) and necessary documents with you. Once you have everything ready, please visit our clinic, and our reception staff will assist you in making an appointment.
I would like to schedule an appointment with an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist or an Ophthalmologist.
In the United States, it is common to receive medical care from a primary care physician. If your primary care physician determines that you need treatment from a specialist, they will refer you to an appropriate specialist. Please start by making an appointment at our clinic.

I have small children. Can I bring them along to the appointment?
We do not offer childcare services, but you are welcome to bring your child with you. If your entire family needs to be examined, we can try to schedule appointments in such a way that both parents can take turns getting their tests done.
Are all the tests conducted in Japanese?
X-ray of the chest, barium test for the stomach, ultrasound, and electrocardiogram (ECG) will be conducted in English.
If you prefer, our staff can accompany you as an interpreter for the X-ray examination.
What are the payment methods on the day of the appointment?
You can make payments in cash or by personal check and credit card.
Please note that VISA and MASTER CARD are accepted for credit card payments.
Can I make changes to or cancel the appointment?
Please notify us at least one week before the scheduled date. As mammography examinations are conducted at an external specialized facility, cancellations on the day of the appointment are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. There are no cancellation fees for changes or cancellations.
Can I keep my contact lenses on during the examination?
Yes, you can keep your contact lenses on. However, if you use glasses, please be sure to bring them with you.
I want to undergo examinations specified by my company, but I’m not sure which package to choose.
Please send us the list of specified examinations via email or fax, and we will look into it for you.
