In America, each state has its own laws
that determine the minimum amount of vaccination that a child
needs. Aside from these individual state regulations, the CDC
(Center for Disease Control and Prevention), AAP (American Academy
of Pediatrics), and the AAFP (American Academy of Family Physicians),
work together each year to create an immunization schedule. Child
immunizations and physical examinations are often done with reference
to this CDC/ AAP/ AAFP schedule. In our facility, we are able
to perform specific tests, as well as full physical examinations,
that are required in America and/or recommended by Japanese or
American schools.
Because immunization schedules can be complex, we have developed
an online immunization scheduler that is based off of the schedule
that the CDC uses.
By entering your child’s date of birth
and the dates of immunization, you will be able to view what additional
vaccinations will be necessary in the future. Additionally, you
will be able to print out the schedule which will eliminate the
need to check your child’s schedule via phone or fax. We
are also able to include the report in your PHA report upon request.
Please take a look at our software through
the link below. For other information and questions regarding
our vaccination scheduler, please call our office at 212-575-8910.
Disclaimer:
As stated above, our scheduler is based off of the CDC immunization
schedule for New York State. If you are not a resident of New
York State, please double check with your local medical office
as our schedule may conflict with your required immunizations.
Please also keep in mind that this is only a general outline of
vaccination schedules and cannot be used as an official document
without prior consultation with a physician. Nihon Medical Healthcare
